Homework learn a instrument of craft

                                                       

 I have chosen this task because
I have played the Drums for
about a year I have learnt songs,
beats and much more. At the moment
I am learning how to play Rolling In The Deep.
My lessons are half an hour once
a week (not in school holidays)
thats about 20 hours a year and
5 hours a term.

Homework swim 1000m

I have chosen this because I enjoy swimming. I am in squad I swim three times a week.
I did this swim twice one Breath Stoke and one Free Style they both toke an hour to complete.

My goal:My goal is to complete a km in 40mins or less.
Facts:The fastest man to swim 1500m is Grant Hackett from
Australia Complete this in 14 minutes 10 seconds my goal
is three time more then his speed
         

Homework expections

Amount

We think that 30-45 minutes every weeknight is a reasonable expectation for homework. Per week that equals approximately 2.5 hours per week of homework.

2 terms = 20 weeks. Every homework task should take you 5 hours to do.

Quality

You need to work on each homework task for at least 2.5 to 5 hours. It should like it was done by a year 8 student. The product you make (if relevant) should look good quality.

Samoan Airlines are the frist airline to charge passengers by their weight.

The Airline Says that they are doing this to help people understand the problem of obesity.

The cost of the seat for an international is $1.98 pre Kg or 59¢ of national flights. 

e.g you are 150kg it would cost around $300 

I think this idea is good because kids get cheaper fares to fly.

Today New Zealand remembers the anniversary of the sinking of the Wahine boat off the coat of Wellington in 1968. 

When the Wahine sink killing 51 people it became New Zealands worst Boating disaster.

On 1990 22 year later the 53rd person in the disaster died from injuries sustained from the crash.
