Give to your family: Prepare 3 formal three course meals, including the menu,

I have chosen to do this task because I like cooking. Here is what I will cook for my family.

 Starters
 1.Fish cakes with tartare
 2.Bread and balsamic vinegar, pesto, olive oil, hummus, dukkah  
 3.Smoked salmon with lentil salad 

Mains
1. Baked salmon or pan fred steak
2.Spiced pork & potato pie or tuna steaks 
3. Roast & gravy or beef stir fry  

desserts
1. Chocolate brownie with French vanilla ice-cream
2.Strawberry tart banana fresh banana and berries
3.Apple pie with cream cookies
