Bad product or service

The bad product that I bought Black Ops 2. I pre orded the game on September so I could pick up the day it came out. So I did I put the playstation and turn it on. The looked good I played for about four hours then it froze and took the game out and put it back in but it wouldn't work. I called my friend and he was having this problem as well he had asked the shop and they said to turn off the playstation then turn it back on it worked again but to this day it still does it
